Q: What does each shipping method mean?

Canada:
We ship via Canada Post.
Lettermail: Only cards fit, no dice. It's just a letter in regular snail mail so there's no tracking. Expect to be able to ship up to 29 cards this way or the cardboard one X-Wing ship. If this shipping method doesn't show up that means the content of your cart is too big or heavy. 
Expedited Parcel (usually 1 to 7 business days), includes a tracking number.
Xpresspost Certified (usually 1 to 3 business days), includes a tracking number.
Priority (1 to 3 business days), includes a tracking number.

United States:
Lettermail, only single cards (no dice) can be shipped this way. It's just a letter in regular snail mail so there's no tracking. Expect to be able to ship up to 29 cards this way or the cardboard one X-Wing ship. If this shipping method doesn't show up that means the content of your cart is too heavy. 
The bellow options will be shipped by Canada Post who will hand your package over to USPS. Once the package is stateside use the tracking number on usps.com instead of canadapost.ca.
Tracked Packet USA (4 to 7 business days and on time delivery isn't guaranteed), includes a tracking number.
Xpresspost USA (2 to 3 business days), includes a tracking number.

International:
We ship via Canada Post which then hands it over to another company in your country.
Tracked Packet International (6 to 10 business days and on time delivery isn't guaranteed), includes a tracking number.
Xpresspost International (2 to 3 business days), includes a tracking number.

 

Q: Do you ship for free?
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders above 150$ (CAD) before sales taxes.  We also offer free shipping to the US for orders above 200$ (CAD). This free shipping includes tracking. We're willing to ship internationally but you have to pay the actual shipping cost, no mater the size of your order.
Taxes or customs may be due, depending on the amount of your purchase and the laws in your province, state and/or country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not lie about the value of the marchandise I send.
Q: What happens if my order gets lost?
If you choose an option without a tracking number (small packet USA air for exemple) I can provide a proof of shipment with the matching shipping label which confirms I sent your order to your address. I'm not responsible if it takes longer than the estimate shows for the package to reach you. If the shipment is lost and you chose a shipping method that doesn't include tracking (small packet USA air or lettermail) I can't offer you any compensation.

 

Q: Can you set aside an item for me?

The shipping option "Hold my order" is there if you want to reserve some products but you will want it shipped with another order later. You have to pay the shipping on this second order unless the total of the orders is above 150$ before sales taxes and it ships to Canada or 200$ to the US. If that is the case just pick "hold my order" on the 2nd order but write a note that you want your orders shipped.

Q: How long can I have an order on hold?

If an order is kept on hold for more than 2 months it'll be refunded with a 20% restocking fee.

Q: I forgot something in my order, can you add it for me?

We can't but just place a 2nd order and pick "Ship with previous order" as the shipping method. So long as your order hasn't shipped yet we'll gladly ship it with the previous order.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

If you're local to Gatineau/Ottawa you can pick "Hold my order" and we'll contact you to arrange a time for pick up in Gatineau near the Montée-Paiment highway exit or we can meet up at 160 Elgin in the food court 15h30-15h45 on most week days.

Q: Is there a maximum number of copies of a CCG card I can order?

There's no hard limit but we reserve the right to partially or fully cancel an order for any reason.
